erinm_4600Yesterday was the "last" day of tax season.. in that extensions for personal and corporation returns were due. While I'd love to say I can now breathe until January.. there's still an extension due date for estates & exempt organizations, so bleh.
But my dad realized his spreadsheet had an error and it turns out I've been having WAY too much taken out of each paycheck, so the rest of the year I'll have a little boost, which will go a good way to paying off the credit card bill that's been hanging over me like Eeyore's little black cloud since Stig crapped out the first time.
Not to say all of it has been Stig. I've been doing a lot of retail therapy the last few years, to get through life. But I've really been trying to rein it in, which is a LOT easier now that my happy place is no more *raises a glass for Joanns*
Now, the point of the post:
I love when Taylor releases a new album, because it means I get almost a month of Taylor 13 on SiriusXM. Yes, I have all her albums on iTunes.. but there's just something about the radio shuffling for me. No other artists sprinkled in; JUST TAY-TAY.
One of the bumpers caught my attention the other day (while sitting in traffic), as a gal called herself "a Rep girlie" and Steve went HOLD ON. In about a minute, I'd starting assigning Red vs Blue characters albums like a Hogwarts house.
( I HAVE A PROBLEM AND THEY LIVE IN BLOOD GULCH. )
Anyway...
I'm hoping that now that things have cooled off a little at work, I can put some focus into a good spring cleaning of the apartment and a massive backlog of 1_million_words* and writerverse prompts. Also maybe get back to cleaning up the external harddrives and the HTML here on LJ/DW. We'll see...
All right, back to work. I love all your faces ♥
